I knew of instant ink because of the $40 voucher that was included when I got my printer. I used the voucher but I did not enroll. Then I started to report to my office twice a week and do most of my printing there. So, I’m glad that I did not enroll in instant ink. I barely used the ink that was delivered to me because of the $40 voucher. I called the customer service at instant ink and she disabled the “connection”. Now I can’t print using the ink. I’m hesitating to buy a new set of ink cartridges as I may not be able to return it once opened. Is there a way for me to use these ink?
