Product: HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I don't print very much at home.  Each year I have to buy a new black cartridge regardless if it it empty or full, as my printer stops producing a readable piece of paper.  I do the 3 level cleaning each and every time and it doesn't help.  The only thing that makes it work is a new cartridge.  HP please do better.  Is there anything else I can try or do?
