Hi @Nitesh_Adhikari,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Ink Tank 310 is printing with a yellowish tint (previously pinkish), it's usually due to one of the following issues: Clogged Printhead Nozzles, Low or Empty Ink, Air Bubbles or Ink Flow Issue, Driver or Color Profile Settings.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Check Ink Levels
- Open the ink tank lid and visually inspect the cyan, magenta, and yellow ink levels.
- Refill if any are below the minimum line.
2. Run Printhead Cleaning
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Right-click HP Ink Tank 310 > Printing Preferences > Maintenance > Clean Printhead.
- Run 2–3 cycles if needed.
3. Print a Diagnostic Page
- Use the printer buttons to print a quality report:
- Press and hold the Resume/Cancel button for 3 seconds.
- This will print a diagnostic report showing test patterns for each color.
- Check for gaps or missing lines in the cyan/magenta areas.
4. Align the Printhead
- In the same maintenance tab, choose Align Printhead to improve output quality.
5. Check for Driver Updates
- Download the latest Windows 11 drivers from the official page:

I hope this helps.

Hi @VikramTheGreat,
Thank you for your quick assistance. I attempted cleaning the print heads and performing alignment, but unfortunately, the print issue persisted. Ultimately, I replaced the tricolor print head, and that resolved the problem.
Thank you for the support.
Best Regards,
Nitesh

Hi @Nitesh_Adhikari,
I'm glad to hear that replacing the tricolor print head resolved the issue, even though it's unfortunate the cleaning and alignment didn't do the trick initially. You did a great job troubleshooting the problem step by step.
If you need any further help in the future—whether it's with this printer or anything else—please don’t hesitate to reach out.
