Inserted a 951Z30 ink cartridge in a Z10 while HP8610. Now can't get past "damaged cartridge" messa

I installed an HP951 z30 ink cartridge (for use in Latin America only) in a z10  compatible HP office 8610 machine (for use in USA and Canada only).  Now can't get past the damaged cartridge message after installing the correct 951 z10 cartridge.  Have been through the HP virtual helper...No help.  Thoughts anyone?

I'd like to help!

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
