Product: Hp deskjet 2724

Hi hoping someone can help , I joined insta ink after a week I had a power cut and since then I can’t connect to the printer I am connected to wireless, and I can print with normal ink but put back in my insta ink and all lights start flashing , I just don’t know why it won’t connect to the printer now hoping someone can help thanks
