I need to speak with an agent. This instaink system is frustrating me and I cannot get an actual person to talk with. I have tried all the trouble shooting methods from the virtual agent and I am tired and feeling very slighted and cheated as a customer.
i connected to a wifi but my instaink account says I am offline and not enabled. this is frustrating HP and not very nice of you guys to not have this problem sorted out much simplistic seeing that so many customers are having the same problem and feeling cheated and frustrated
