HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer

My printer is HP OfficeJet Pro 8028. I just replaced all four ink cartridges but print blank. What’s the problem and how to solve it?

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

First check if the cartridges are properly installed and the protective tape has been removed. You might also have a clogged printhead, so try running a printhead cleaning cycle from the printer’s settings. 

 

Make sure your printer settings are correct, and the cartridges are compatible with your printer. If the issue persists, update the printer drivers and firmware, or check for faulty or empty cartridges.

 

Also, try printing test pages directly from the printer. Refer this:HP OfficeJet 8010, 8020, 8030 printers - Printing self-test pages | HP® Support
