8620 Officejet Pro. My printer was working great, but only in black, yellow and blue had faint lines, no magenta at all. I purchased the kit to flush the ink lines in the Printer Head. But the Magenta would not clear after multi tries. I ordered New HP Print Head and all new HP ink Cartridges. Installed, received an error. Cleared it with heard reset. The ink icon on the display has a “!” quotation mark over it. And it reads "missing or failed printhead” Please let me know how I can clear this. The printer pumps the ink into the lines. It's clear to see. But yet it still says the print head is missing or failed. During set up after the hard reset it had also giving me a message to install the duplexer. Which was installed;I removed it and reinstalled it. Doesn’t appear to be a continued issue. Please help. Thank you
