Instant Ink 4 months Free trial OfficeJet 5222

bought a printer (HP OfficeJet 5222 All‑in‑One Printer) last week. In instant ink site I didn't received any 4-month free ink trial during registration  so didn't signup for instant ink. this is provided in the sales package of the printer and on a sticker inside it. how to get 4 months free?
