Instant Ink 5 Month Trial Not Applied to My Account

Hi - I purchased an ENVY 6032 yesterday and tried to set up my instant ink subscription last night. Upon signing up, my 5 month trial has not been applied to my account. Please could you advise what needs to be done to avoid future charges?
