Instant Ink - I have a cartridge failure and cannot order a replacement

HP Recommended
HP Officejet Pro 6960l
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have an HP Officejet Pro 6960 with Instant Ink. I have a black cartridge failure and cannot reorder a new cartridge. What should I do?
