Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP inkjet printer has been connected for months using HP Smart. Recently, when I select Get Supplies, the HP website does not show my Instant Ink billing or shipment history. Instead , I am prompted to again connect the printer. When I go through the process again, the same problem reoccurs.  I really want to see the Instant Ink billing and shipment history!

I see that you are facing issues with checking the billing and cartridge shipment history.

 

You can view charges and print your invoice for any billing period:

  1. Sign into your account:
  2. Home / Home Office: Sign into your Instant Ink account
  3. Business: Sign into your Instant Ink for Business account
  4. Click HP Instant Ink , then Print and Payment History in the left menu, then expand the Print and Payment History section.
  5. Select the desired date, and then click Download for a specific bill, or Download All Invoices.

Please follow the steps listed below to view shipping history:

  1. Sign into your account:
  2. Home / Home Office: Sign into your Instant Ink account
  3. Business: Sign into your Instant Ink for Business account
  4. Click HP Instant Ink, then Shipment Tracking in the left navigation menu to track previous shipments and see an estimate of your next shipment date.
