Instant Ink causing Problems

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been unable to print all day.  I removed my printer and re-added it as it was just constantly saying it was offline.  Went through all the troubleshooting via virtual assistant and an error is saying instant ink needs to be enrolled prior to use.  I am enrolled, checked my account on there, showing my printer online but when trying to refresh, instant ink is unable to connect to my printer so I'm now assuming it's an instant problem but by the time I got some assistance that wasn't virtual, the UK help had closed.  Is anyone else having this issue?
