My HP printer is connected to Instant Ink but Instant Ink isn't sensing that my ink level is low. How do I get new cartridges? I am not being notified that my marker supply is low for black ink on both my computer and on the printer itself, but when I check my Instant ink account, it shows that there is nothing being sent to me and that the levels are totally fine. What am I paying for if not to have this being taken care of on its own? I thought I was getting hands-free ink cartridge replacements
