I ordered this new printer last week, now delivered, and am trying to enrol for Instant Ink but the enrolment system does not recognise the model or serial number. Does this mean I cannot enrol even though the packing included literature about enrolment?

Switching the Instant Ink website to your region and checking for eligible printers includes two models from this series:
- HP ENVY Pro 6420 Series
- HP ENVY Pro 6430 Series
If your printer is one of those listed in the eligible printers list,
If you are unable to enroll in the Instant Ink Print-by-Page subscription service,
Please contact Instant Ink Support (contact number on the Website).

Problem solved. I was able to enrol and get free trial by using HP Smart App and clicking on "Get Supplies"
