Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer

I am enrolled in Instant Ink.  I replaced my cartridge with one sent to me by Instant Ink.  I am unable to print because my printer does not recognize the cartridge as on provided by Instant Ink.  I am frustrated because the only solution to my problem appears to be to cancel my Instant Ink subscription and purchase my own cartridges.  The virtual assistant has proven unable to resolve my issue.
