I've been subscribed to instant ink for about 3 years. The last ink cartridge delivered in may 2020 did not work for very long at all. I have the error message relating to this but nothing I do will rectify it. Obviously, hp won't replace it until it is registered in the printer, ha, which won't register until it's fixed. Online and virtual help takes you so far and then won't connect. Absolutely fed up but if I cancel then can't use the ink. Paid a lot over the months for no service. The printing over the WiFi is also hit and miss. Prints a couple of lines then spits out an empty page.
All I would like is for Instant ink to send me a new and compatible colour ink!
Any help is gratefully received. Or a complaints address or direct contact too.
