Hi everyone,
I have a query about instant ink. Ihad a paid subscription in 2019. I switched to the free plan all the way back in June 2020 because I was not printing enough. I assumed this setting was designed to allow you to use up the cartridges already provided during the period of paid subscription. I've received notice today that HP have sent me further cartridges for my free subscription for which I have not paid in 5 years.
I paid about £36 in the course of the 18 months I was subscribed and haven't paid a penny since.
Has anyone experienced this? Will I be charged if I install and use these cartridges? Should I return them?

It is not possible to use ink cartridge you received during subscription period after cancelation.
Once you cancel your subscription ink cartridges will no longer work, and you can only use store bought ink.
