Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just installed my new Office Jet Pro 8025E. I am trying to set up the instant ink offer. There was NO scratch off card in the HP box for the PIN.   I have NOT received an e-mail with the PIN.   The PIN in the printer is NOT for instant ink. What do I do next?
