Hi my instant ink subscription seems to fail everytime I try order ink I have a 4 month free subscription I got with my printer but it says I only have 7days to register it when I go to do it but on the HP smart app it says (There was a problem finalising your subscription) I have tried googling it and watching YouTube video nothing seems to help

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unable to finalize the instant ink subscription.

 

Try using a different browser to complete the enrolment, (Ex: Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

 

You may also refer to the document -- Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

Also, Make sure the date and time on the computer are set correctly.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Instant Ink team(contact info can be found on the home page) in your region for further assistance.
