Cartridge error

 

Either a cartridge is not installed or there is an issue with the installed cartridge. Replace or clean the cartridge to resolve the issue—you will not receive ink shipments until the error is resolved.

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- Please remove and share the image of the ink cartridges that are installed on your printer.

- Is this the first time you are setting up your printer?

- Are you already enrolled in the instant ink service?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
