Invoice received with a credit on it

Hi everyone,

I can't seem to find where to ask my question, so I try here. Maybe you can  refer me somewhere.

I received an invoice this week with a credit on it for a catridge dating last april. This order exists in my files. I copied the text for you.

Can anybody tell me what this is about ? a year later ? a credit ?
