HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer

Hello, I purchased the official ink cartridge from Amazon (HP64 XL). I printed about 7 brochures on glossy paper and now the 8th one is telling me I'm out of ink. I know that these brochures are color intensive, but for a $50 cartridge, I can only print 7 brochures. That doesn't seem right to me. Is the ink really out, or can this be solved by other troubleshooting methods? The settings should be fine because I already printed 7 that were perfect and now the purples come out really weird.

Here is a picture of the print with the issues

And here is a picture of them done when correct.

This is the ink levels on the printer. I literally just changed it yesterday and printed 7 of these and that's it.
