Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Officejet pro 6975 that will not let me use Onn 902xl cartridges.   Is there a software/driver version that will let me use them.  I have a Lenovo laptop with windows 10 home.  I think it is 64 bit.  It says that chip is wrong but the cartridges say they are remanufactured so they should have been HP cartridges that were refilled.  If not, is there any HP approved method for me to refill HP cartridges myself?
