Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 555 Wireless All-in-One

I have a HP Smart Tank Plus 551, purchased about 3 years ago.  After purchase, I often got a message to replace the printhead.  I ignored the message since it was a new printer.  Now my printer will not print blue or yellow, even though the ink levels are sufficient.   Pink is printed in place of gray. I've run the software to clean the printhead several times, along with the alignment test. The printhead will not return to the center so that I can pull it out and clean or replace it.  Is there a release button that I can push?  I'm so frustrated with this printer!!!   Thank you for any help you can offer.
