Product: HP OfficeJet 6958 All-in-One Printer

My print quality in color has become terrible.  I use HP Instant Ink.  Recently there are discolorations or wide opaque spots especially with blue and green.  The green has yellow bars running through it.  I have run printer alignment, print head cleaning including a deep clean and nothing seems to improve the quality.  I changed the cyan ink with some HP that I had on hand.  It helped a tiny bit but the print quality is still terrible in color.
