It doesn’t print color

Hello

I own the Deskjet Ink advantage 4535

and it doesn’t print with color at all. Although the cartridge os new and full. This is not the first time it happens. No matter how many times I reset and set everything again it didn’t help

can someone please help me??

I see that the printer is experiencing print quality issues, follow the steps from the document No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues to isolate and resolve the issue.

 

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
