@Yves8810, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
The ink cartridges that go with the printers are setup ink cartridges that are designed to initialize the printer. Are you using the ink cartridges that came with the printer?
Check if the word 'setup' is written on them. Using regular HP ink cartridges will not help.
If you do not have these ink cartridges, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options for your printer as there is no way to perform an OOB reset on this model printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
