Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just bought new ink cartridges both black and color. They are both the XL packs.

I tried to print a picture and I have run the cleaning for cartridges several times. There is no Cyan ink in the cartridge.

I did not save the box packaging. What can I do. These are expensive cartridges.
