Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP laser Jet 110we only printing test page, after I have installed a brand new HP laser jet cartridge. The message prints "printer cannot be used as there is a problem with your account". What does this mean? Why do I have to have an account?

M110we is an HP plus printer that requires constant internet connection and HP+ registration with user name and password

M110w is a normal printer that has no requirements
