Just changed all cartridges on my HP 6830 printer. No black printing at all. Tried all solutions on HP page, still no success.
Printer also will not copy black. Also tried reset and checked to make sure printer has latest firmware which it does. Has worked fine until cartridge change.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
