Product: Laserjet M452dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Laserjet M452dw is not printing black.  I have brand new official HP toner and my supplies says 100 percent.  I have switch out the black toner with another one and it still will not print black.  On the supply page it will print the other three colors.  I also, updated the firmware on my printer and no luck.    Also, the life cycle on this printer is 3,522 pages.  Why is my printer not printing black?
