The colors as printed have recently shifted. The color patches have shifted by 2-3 mm down vertically and ca 1 mm horizontally on the Dianostics Page.
I have rerun the color calibration tool, reinstalled Print and Scan Doctor, then re-calibrated. Black (?and yellow) seems to be stable and in line, but the red and blue colours have been shifted variably across the page.
The system says that the "Supply very low", but it is still printing colours properly.
Any idea of the cause and cure?
Thank you

Hi @cvhmanchester,
I'd like to help!
Try the below suggestions-
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Check the ink level-
Search Windows for Easy Printer Manager, and then click HP Easy Printer Manager.
Printer software: Search Windows for HP, and then click your printer name or HP Solution Center. Click Maintain Your Printer, if necessary.
If you have not installed the HP printer software, go to HP Software and Driver Downloads. Identify your printer, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

We have found that sometimes the system gets corrupted and the fix is to perform a factory reset and then calibrate the unit. Low cartridges can contribute to the issue if the print density is low.
