I replaced my cartridges recently on my Color LaserJet Pro MFP M377dw printer and they were working fine but now every time I print something with color, I'm seeing duplicate lines with one line stacked slightly above the other. Anything in black prints fine though. I think I need to calibrate the printer, but when I go to system settings, it asks for a password which I don't know. There is no sticker anywhere on the printer with a pin. I believe the password has been set to something other than the default because the network summary report, it says the administration password is specified. I don't have contact info for the people who set this printer up so I have no way of getting the password. Is there a way to calibrate the printer without the password? Or a way to reset the password? Or maybe I don't need to calibrate it and the duplicate line printing is whole other issue. Either way I'd be grateful for any help/suggestions. Thanks!
