Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer has three HP OEM cartridges and one non-OEM, the Magenta. It's been working fine, but recently I noticed some magenta dots on pages. Decided to change the Magenta toner cartridge, and I bought an HP cartridge. When I installed it, the printer says "Supply Problem" only with the magenta cartridge. When I put the old one back in (not HP) problem goes away. I returned the HP cartridge, and bought a new one, and SAME PROBLEM. I updated firmware and drivers, no change. 

 

This is crazy!!
