I've done a 3 head cleans and the result is lines across all the pictures I try to print.
I've tried different papers and settings and still get lines across the pictures.
There were no error messages anywhere on the computer or the printer screen.
Please can you help, I'm trying to make a story board for Christmas.

Update the printer firmware

Many thanks for your help. The problem has been solved beyond my expectations, with a replacement printer.
Thanks also to the customer service lady who worked hard to go through all the possible ways to fix the problem.
It could be a hardware issue and hence, a replacement was required.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
