Product: HP 5255

Please can anyone help me what to do to solve below problems :

 

1: In print Quality diag document it shows lines in Black and in color blocks.

2: Same seen in align document , also in align doc attached it shows orange instead of red , how to solve this ?

Tried numerous number of time cleaning cartridge from printer .

Tried soaking in hot Distilled watter for 15 min and used priming tool to take ink out.

Tried soaking in hot water as well .

 

Nothing worked , i still see the random strikes.

 

Did i miss something ?

Replace the black ink cartridge.
