Hi! From a day I have been having a major problem in my printer, the printer won't print the desired result through my laptop, I have also checked whether the wifi is connected or not. But the result does not improve, I am always getting à blurry result with some lines on it as if the toner isn't working.
Hp I require tour help as I have to use it to complete my project.
I hope my problem is resolved.
Thank you.

Hi @Jibran_k786,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
I completely understand how frustrating it must be to deal with blurry prints and lines, especially when everything seems connected properly. It can feel so disheartening when you're expecting a clean print and it doesn't come out the way it should, but I’m confident we can find a way to get this resolved for you!
Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.
Check ink levels and fill ink tanks
- Low ink levels can impact print quality. Refill any tanks that are low on ink.
- HP recommends that you use genuine HP ink. HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP ink. If you do not use genuine HP ink and HP printheads, the steps in this document might not resolve print quality issues.
- Note:
- Purchase replacement cartridges and other supplies from the HP Store or local retailers.
- On the control panel, look for KYMC and the blinking Ink icons
. The Printhead icons
might also blink.
- Fill any tanks that are low on ink.

Update the firmware by selecting your current OS. Click here
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
