Printer leaving steaks/ lines when printing on hp  photo paper. Prints out fine on cheap copy paper.  I’ve gone through the quality checks pages and everything seems ok and have gone through the 3 stages of cartridges cleaning. Any ideas? Ink levels are fine.

Hi @Vixmag,

I'd like to help!

To assist better -

  1. What are the type, size, and weight of the photo paper you are using?
  2. What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
  3. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?

You may refer to the printer specifications to know the supported paper types.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
