I am on an international ink plan but have misplaced the new black ink they sent me in a move and cannot for the life of me get hold of help at HP to send more.
also my colour cartridge has not worked for over a year. I have done all the cleaning etc . It is frustrating as HP haven’t sent a replacement because the printer thinks it is half full still.
i used an HP customer service line from google and it was a scam - tried to take my bank and google login details. Be careful all
