I need to contact HP Instant Ink. They failed to send me the right ink cartridge. I lost my password to HP and Instant Ink, and I no longer use the same email address to send me a reset password to. Unfortunately I didn't add my phone number whenever it was I signed up, so my number is not recognized as something they can send me a text. I created a new account just to get here. My printer is still online and they monitor it for when to send me ink, but it's under the old account I no longer have access to. How do I get to a live rep to get access back to that account.
