Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Does anyone why (or how to fix) that my toner levels are not showing on my M175 printer control panel?  Instead of the actual toner level, the display only shows "?" for all four cartridges.  I'm using genuine HP cartridges, not aftermarket cartridges.
