LaserJet M277DW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello - my 277DW is printing faded and streaky on the right hand side.  I replaced the ink cartridges thinking that was the problem.  But as the photos attached illustrate, only the right side is a problem. I created color bars (blue, yellow, green) and reversed the blue and green.  The problem stays on the right side, so it can't be the ink cartridges.

I read about an identical problem for someone else, but no solution was offered.

There must be some adjustment that can be made.  The transfer roller must be a problem, as the issue is in identical places.

Anyone know how to solve this?277DW_1.jpg277DW_2.jpg

If it helps, I have the same problem, and it is nothing to do with Operating System.

I have Windows 10 and also MacBook Pro which are connected to the Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M277dw and they all suffer the same problem.

It even fades in the 'Supplies Status' Report that you trigger direct from the Printer. I bet yours does that too doesn't it?

It looks like the fade on mine is more severe than yours, although it not a competition 😇 .

I hope someone on the community pages, or a HP support person, can help with this. The virtual Assistant is useless.
