HP Recommended

Hi, we have owned and used the laser jet m277dw for many years with few problems.  It is currently not printing black on the left hand half of the page.  Colour printing is not affected.  Black prints fine on the right side.  Supply levels for black are at 50%.  I have run a printed head clean.  I have tried removing cartridge and rocking it.  Any suggestions?

If it fades going from one side to the other, then likely the cartridge is defective. If this is an HP original cartridge and is at 50% you should be able to claim cartridge warranty and get it replaced by HP.
