M281fdw print only blank pages

Hi, I have HP M281fdw which print only blank pages. I tried to print black, colour, demo page, supplies report, diagnostics page, cleaning page, network summary etc and all the time printer keeps giving blank pages.

I tried non original and original cartridges, the same result - blank pages. Just to add - I tried the same cartridges both non original and original ones in different M281 and both of them works fine, so definitely some problem with a printer.

I tried to downgrade a firmware but didn't help. Any suggestions what should I try next and what the issue might be?

I just mentioned that transfer belt film completely destroyed inside the printer. The belt mechanism looks fine but there is literally no film. Will try to order spare film

Am I right as there is "no" transfer belt, the toner cannot be transferred to the paper?

Hi

I understand however I would like to know if transfer belt specifically take an action in “bounding toner to the paper”, because as I understand the belt carry the paper to the fuser, and collects any excess toner however does it specifically “create” a picture on the paper?

Meaning if I have blank pages now and there is no transfer belt film at all, if replacing the film will solve the problem?
