HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

M283fdw laser jet printer cartridge recently replaced with the HP high capacity CYAN cartridge type W2111X. Printed 60 pages per the supplies status report. Report shows the cartridge is empty. 

 

Cartridge looks slightly damaged. 

 

Has this happened to anyone?

Update the firmware and drivers. CLICK HERE

 

Perform the steps from this document and see if that helps. 

 

If the cartridge is damaged, I recommend you contact phone support for more options.
