HP LaserJet M402n
Microsoft Windows Server 2016

I have an M402n that a user is trying to print a PDF from a website.  It will print the odd pages correctly, but the even pages it will be garbled (it actually looks like it may be trying to print the characters backwards ).  I have tested the file on another m402 and it prints the document correctly.  I have ran the firmware update program, check all the setting I can think of.  Has any one else seen this issue?

I could not post a solution to this post

M402n prints garbled every other page - HP Support Community - 7032365

so I recreated the post and I have the solution here:

"I went to Finishing tab in printer properties. I disabled the print on both sides."

Solved: Every other page prints garbled images with lines ... - Adobe Support Community - 9650212
