M451 fuser roller is covered in yellow toner

I was cleaning the fuser roller and used water to "clean it". Printed out a page and it was saturated with yellow toner.  I got a new roller and printed a few pages and looked good. printed two sided black only pages and got the same effect again (saturated yellow toner pages). It is covered in yellow toner.

Best way to clean it? Get another one?

Replace the yellow toner first, and then print a few pages; it will clean itself.
