M477f leaves repeating lines on the side of the printout.

Hi,

My laserjet leaves these lines on the printouts.

I am using the 410x toners ( large-capacity) for all colors.

What might be the problem?

Measure the distance between 2 repeating lines. If the distance is 57mm, you have a damaged fuser, which is the most common issue on M477 and results in repeating marks.

They are 57mm!

Can I purchase the part and replace it?

Sure, if you are handy with tools, but the part to replace is pretty expensive.
