HP Recommended

M477fdw print sometimes only upper part good and lower half light.

Doesn't concern printer driver, os, toners

Clean page is good, supply page, upper half good, lower half light

Factory reset done, latest firmware, original HP toners, new toners, still the same

A copy shows the same problem in b/w and color.

Who can help me solve this?
